Star:
I used this link to make the star
http://amysodyssey.wordpress.com/2009/12/10/super-stars-amigurumi/

I realize that every head is different so the best way to alter the pattern to fit your child’s head is to add length by adding another sc around on the last row of increase, or the very last row. And to add width you can add another increase row after your last increase round.
You are welcome to sell finish products but please mention where you found the pattern.

    1. I'm confused as well on how to start..
At least the first few rows.

    2. The pattern isn't very clear at the beginning.

      Make a magic circle.
Round 1: 4 sc. slip stitch into the first sc. ch 1
Round 2: sc into the first sc of the first row. 3 more sc. slip stich into the first sc. ch 1.

there's no mention of the slip stitch or the chain one in the pattern, which makes it a bit confusing. Hope this helps!

  2. When I first saw this picture on "I crochet" I thought it is a tree for decoration, but I must admit it looks gorgeous on the little one.
