2 Harry Potter's Littlest Fan

AHHHH!  I can't wait to put this on Kenzie once she wakes up!  We weren't able to see Harry Potter at midnight like I have for just about every previous film, but we're finally going to go see it this afternoon.  Nick is taking the GRE right now and Kenzie is sleeping, but as soon as he gets home we're going!

This was so easy to make.  I just cut out a stencil and used fabric paint and then sewed the heart on.  I crocheted the scarf while watching Monk last night and I might even have time to make a cloak before we go...

4 Christmas Tree Baby Beanie

I finally finished this adorable baby beanie!  I am so excited how well it turned out.  It took me a couple of days to get the pattern exactly how I wanted and not to mention sewing on all the ornaments, but isn't is cute! You can buy it here at my etsy shop.  If more people are interested in purchasing or want to purchase the pattern leave me a comment and I'll post more! Pin It

0 Menu/To Do List

This is a fantastic idea, and pretty inexpensive too. All it takes an old picture frame, a sheet of 12x12 scrapbook paper, and some stickers for the lettering.

0 Ruffle Throw Pillow

I was SO excited when I found this ruffle throw pillow tutorial.  Especially since it cost nothing to make!

You can find the tutorial here. It is a little time consuming, but so worth it. I'm going to try making more and hopefully the ruffles will turn out a little better. But from being made from an old t-shirt I'd say that this project was a success!

0 Baby Crafting

I am the proud mother of this beautiful angel.

She is six and a half months old and SO much fun. I've been baby crafting like crazy lately because when I was pregnant with her I was in school full time, working, and... did I mention pregnant? So it was a bit difficult to find the time or motivation to craft.

Here are some things I've made and links to the tutorials I followed to make them. One day I hope to be crafty enough to not need a step-by-step tutorial to make something beautiful...

Still more to come!

2 Welcome

Okay, so I really don't expect to have many readers other than my husband, but I decided to make a project blog where I can keep track of all the things I make and hopefully give other people ideas of how to be crafty and save some money. I absolutely love to sew. I am no expert and just have a basic sewing machine, but there are millions of things you can create with just a simple stitch. Feel free to browse around and leave comments. I would love to hear from you!
