5 Doily Day

Update: For the first doily, I used a pattern from Absolutely Gorgeous Doilies. And the pattern for the second doily came from Good Knits.

I've been trying out some new patterns and making giant doilies. I'm loving the results. They're perfect for couch throws, table tops, or rugs. And they are so quick to whip up.

I'm currently working on a new baby blanket pattern that I'm SO excited to share with you. It's taking some time to perfect the pattern, but hopefully it will be worth it in the end. And hopefully I'll have it finished to share with you before this baby boy comes!

We've also been spending a lot of time watching movies. Kenzie cakes is getting her bottom molars and I'm in my third trimester, so we don't leave the house much, which makes for a cranky baby and mommy! We're definitely looking forward to family being in town and giving us a reason to leave the house.

  1. Where did you get the pattern? Or did you just make it? What yarn did you use?? I love how it turned out!
